Hey there what a title, well I’ll be honest with you I needed to write a new post today and it was the turn of my main keyword Stay At Home Dad.   So here is my latest blogpost to not only update you about what is going on in my life, my business, the world, but in a “tongue in cheek” way of helping you with your own proper SEO’d (If there is such a phrase) blog posts.

The Weather In a British Summer

I have just got up early on a Friday morning, not for any other reason but the fact that my respiratory system had decided for me.  Whilst the rest of our country has been experiencing some major floods due to torrential rain and adverse weather conditions, (British Summer Time now known as British Stormy Time) both myself and Emma have been suffering with the other blight faced my millions of the dreaded hayfever.

Fortunately for me that is, I can take something for it.  Poor Emma being pregnant cannot!  Yet another advantage of being a stay at home dad and not a mum to be for the second time.

Stay At Home Dad Asks The Question “Where is Your Money Safer?”

I have my answers but what do you think?  In a bank?

What where high flying executives can take your money and use it in unscrupulous ways, fix interest rates, pay their bonuses for lack of success instead of based upon results.  The more I see about banks the less confident I feel about letting them loose on my hard earned cash.

So how about under the mattress?  Now this worked in the olden days when people had little trust in banks (Do you see a pattern emerging here?)

Now seriously what about in the one thing that is almost certainly going to turn your money into a profit and pardon the pun “Safer than houses” Precious Metal, Gold would be my bet or even look into Palladium.

So What Is This Life Changing Event For A Stay at Home Dad Anyway?

Well as a stay home dad now for over two and half years and , BOY has it been a heap of fun, we are fast approaching August 3rd.

August 3rd is when Luke will have his little brother, Emma will finally be able have some alcohol (hell so will I for that matter, being very supportive, LOL) she will be able eat antipasti, all dried meats and unpasturised cheeses (one of her favourites) and me?  Well I will get my wife back and my side of the bed back as well!

No more phrases from Emma like “I’m carry your child” or “I’m eating for two” or even “There are two of us on this side of the bed, we need more space don’t you know!”

In truth with, no joking, I simply can’t wait to have another healthy little boy running about the place … wish us luck!
