Ranking On Page One of Google Is NOW Harder? Possibly, Or Possibly NOT!

Well it is if you are one of those that love to find ways to buck the system. Too many people even established internet marketers are using the loopholes left by Google and will be caught out eventually.

Ranking on page one of google will be no different for me and my team as we don’t try and find new ways to buck the Google system.

Lots of people in the internet marketing world are running for cover as they realise that their short term SEO fixes are going to well and truly back fire upon them.

Ranking on page one of google has in my opinion never been an easy task and nor should it, although saying that I still believe that if SEO ranking is carried out correctly then Google will NEVER SLAP you as the scaremongerers have led us to believe.

These people spend their days swanning around whilst they allow cheap and nasty programs to create numerous spammy free backlinks to their numerous websites … that have little or no ranking , little or no relevance to their core content of their website and hence don’t  deserve to be ranking on page one of google.  The disavow tool has been developed to rid us of these menaces.

No wonder Google have improved their SEO ranking on page one of google systems.

EMD’s Or Exact Match Domains WILL always be a great method to help you get ranking on page one of google.  Why? because of the format of Googles ranking and search engine systems.   You see if you get an Exact Match Domain and fill it with relevant, informative and rich content, you are abiding by the original Google rules of engagement.

However, build a one page website full of just the longtail keyword (almost spamming the page) then I’m sorry but your website deserves to be downgraded or “Google Slapped”

And as for the fight between Panda and Penguin updates, please don’t get me started.

Don’t get me wrong we all (as I am an internet marketer) need help to get our sites ranking on page one of google as this is where the optimim searchers and traffic are for our chosen keywords, but we need to work ore wisely in the future and stick to the rules laid out by the search engines.

There is no apocalypse and so there is no end to the SEO ranking system, it isn’t Google flexing their muscles … it is purely google plugging the loopholes to prevent the lazy (some may say ingenious) marketers from bucking the system.

Put out rules for a competition and there will always be those that try and bend them, manipulate them or even disregard them totally.

I remember seeing Tiger woods in a competition where his ball lay behind a great big stone boulder in a sandy lie. Did he manipulate the rules by asking the crowd to help him move the bounder from his line of sight ( who else on the tour would have commanded that sort of audience to help them do the same?)  If I was in that position I would have to have played out to the side and not as tiger did … put his next shot onto the green.

Whatever safeguards Google put in place there will always be those that look for the next loophole to exploit with their quests to get their website ranking on page one of google.

However, would their efforts be better spent by playing the game by the rules everyone else plays by when it comes to seo ranking?

As an internet marketer ranking on page one of google is all about working to the rules in my opinion … if we all work to the set rules ranking on page one of Google would be a fair playing field.  Unfortunately there will always be people who want to buck the system and so Google will continue to ‘flex it’s muscles’ to help the honest people trying to gain ranking on page one of Google.
